1 Introduction

Welcome to May I Help U, owned and operated by Mr. Rishi Parkash ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and May I Help U regarding your use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

• "User" Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Service Requesters and Service Professionals.
• "Customer" Refers to a User who requests services through the Platform.
• "Vendor" Refers to a User who registers to provide services through the Platform.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4 Services & Scope

May I Help U acts as a marketplace to connect Customers with Vendors. We do not provide the services directly. The contract for the provision of services is directly between the Customer and the Vendor.

• We verify Vendors' backgrounds to the best of our ability but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.
• We are not a party to any agreement entered into between Users.
• Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other Users.

5 User Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other User.
• Interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform for any purpose.

6 Payments & Refunds

Payment terms for services are agreed upon directly between the Customer and the Vendor, or facilitated through the Platform's payment gateway.

7 Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of May I Help U (Rishi Parkash) and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall May I Help U, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rohtak, Haryana.
